Okay, that’s fair. I don’t share a lot of stories about my personal life and what I am going through these days, I hold a lot to my chest and I don’t really talk about mental health the way I did when I first started this blog, but to be fair that was 5 years ago.

I needed something to do, to give me a focus, a purpose in this world, and this blog is a part of that focus, sometimes there are things that affect my mental health, and so I talk about a little bit of everything.

Sometimes it’s an annoying celebrity and other times a dumbass politician out there causing trouble, but this blog will always stand for mental health first and foremost.

There are lots of people who look up to me, many of you are young and impressionable, and it can worry me sometimes that what I say has an effect on you I don’t intend, but I hope, that if I am doing your job right, at my core, I have taught you to think for yourselves. To be yourselves.

I hope if you find this blog, then you are here because you are searching for deeper meaning in the world. I hope you are someone who understands that majick is still very much real, and that there is much work to be done, but that there is also much joy in the world.

There is so much beauty, from the first buds on the trees to the first breath a child takes in this new weird wild world, and I want to discuss and celebrate all of it. So if you came here thinking I was only about mental health, then understand that what mental health means to me, might not be what it means to you.

Sometimes taking care of my mental health, means talking about the things affecting my mental health, like politics, celebrity culture, or worse, mental health. It means understanding that the entire world, has an effect on my mental health.

If you are looking for mental health support services in your local area, please do, please keep reaching out for help, and keep asking for help. NEVER stop asking for help when you need it, I promise you will find it if you refuse to give up.

Sending all my love,

Devon J Hall
