Holy Fuck.
We have come a long way together. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve shared some STORIES y’all, there have been good times, and there have been bitter, crying bouts filled with “I can’t do this and I’m a fucking failer and it’s never going to work.”
Five years later.
Holy. Shit.
Yup. I know, it’s not a very professional introduction to a celebratory event, but nonetheless, I’m just so shocked. The last five years have been weird, beautiful, challenging, powerful, and filled with the kind of passion I didn’t know that I was capable of and yes, now it is time to celebrate.
On November 25th, 2022, I am going out to celebrate, and I’m inviting all of you to join me. It’s going to be an epic night of Drag Queens, celebrating our mental health journeys, and surviving all the stuff that we were never supposed to celebrate or experience. We’ve come so far, and it’s time to throw a party to celebrate the fact that not only are we still here but that we’ve changed so much in so many beautiful ways.
