Donald Trump is not innocent when it comes to what is happening in America, but he’s by no means guilty alone. There is an entire society in American culture that helped to cultivate the monster that has become of Donald J. Trump.
At one point I am sure he was a very adorable child, but years of manipulation and emotional abuse, gave birth to the monster that you see before you today.
Society has for decades, allowed him to act in outlandish and inappropriate ways, and now that he has essentially made it clear, he is not leaving the White House without crying and screaming like a giant orange baby, you want to say that you’re surprised, but that doesn’t fly.
People are constantly on my Twitter stream every single day acting and behaving as if they are surprised that things have gotten this bad. Wondering where it all wrong.
Remember about a century ago when the GOP fought for freedom? Remember when they fought to protect the slaves instead of destroying them? Because that happened, and then as with all good things, that came to an end with the art of corruption and the demonic entity that is money and power, that wove it’s way through the GOP Ranks.
Somewhere around the fifties, things began to shift, maybe it was even earlier, but somewhere around then, shit went haywire. Suddenly the GOP became the enemy and the Democrats became the good guys. This is the irony about universal balance.
What happens to one, happens to the other in exact but equal opposite, that’s just the way the universe works.
Unfortunately, that means that a great many lives are at risk because each of us are choosing to draw a line in the sand. I often look to humanity in terms of the Buddhist idea of the yin and yang.
There is good and there is bad, there is ight, there is dark, and within each there is a tiny bit of the opposite.
Trump is not at all either of these things, he’s a fucking enigma to the universe because he doesn’t make sense. He wants to be President, but not because he wants to do the job, he wants the Presidency because he can commit crimes and get away with them because who in the hell is going to arrest a President of the United States of America? They have immunity from pretty much everything you can think of.
He wanted the Presidency because of his ego. What you should really be asking yourself is WHO wanted him to have the Presidency, and why?
There are a lot of men and women who backed Donald Trump four years ago, but turned their back on him now, and do you know why? It’s purely because he serves them no purpose and he fucking knows it, and he’s terrified of what is going to happen when he’s out of office and no longer useful.
Trump has tasted the kind of power that only forty-four men before him have tasted and that kind of power is incredibly addictive.
It’s hard to let go of the fact that you can do whatever you want and get away with it, beyond the fact that half the population of your entire country loves and adores you.
That kind of adoration is addictive, and hard to let go of, and heaven forbid you call the man a failure because not only will he tell you that the last four years have been the most successful years in the history of America, but he will actually believe that.
This man is incapable of humility, he will only ever see his way as the right way, and as he has proven time and time again, when you disagree with him, you will be punished like a disobedient child.
The problem with this behavior is that he’s gotten away with it so long, that people are too afraid and too stupid to stand up to him now.
I called him a spineless little bitch on Twitter, and within seconds my account was locked for eleven hours because the tweet was reported as a “hate” crime. Are you fucking kidding me?
The man is so powerful that anyone who speaks against him can be and will be punished, and yet it is evermore important that we continue to stand up to this kind of behavior, so that this shit never, ever, happens again.
Donald Trump is the test case, but he’s not the big bad boss, it’s the guy that comes after him that we have to worry about. I’m am not talking about Joe Biden, I am talking about the next rising star in the GOP’s weapon arsonal, Tom Cotton.
And the guy after him, and the one after that. Because the GOP is clearly determined to go down this road of the dark Sith (I know I can’t believe it either.) and they show no signs of stopping.
If you want to change America for the better, the absolute best thing that you can do is inform yourself. I am not talking about “just” listening to CNN, or MSNBC, I am talking about actually talking to your elected officials, doing your research, and finding out what they stand for.
The world doesn’t want you to fight back against oppression, that’s why the universe makes it so difficult, but if you really want to know what you’re talking about, if you really want to know if you’re on the right side of things, don’t be afraid to have your beliefs challenged by those who see things differently.
