I know it’s not a big deal to most people, but it’s a huge deal to me. For a really long time I have wanted to create a community of readers, fans, supporters, followers, and friends of Loud Mouth Brown Girl, but I haven’t really known how.
I started a Facebook group at the beginning of last year, but then I never used it, because honestly I was the only one posting in the group and that just didn’t seem very fun. I decided to go with Discord because I can integrate it into Patreon, and I thought this would be a cool way to control who gets to join the community portal, as I am calling it.
So if you happen to be a Patreon member, whether you spend $1.00 a month or $50.00 a month, you can be a part of the community. There will of course be special invited guests, and I don’t really know what else we’ll be offering through the server, perhaps ways to win copies of my products, services or time? Perhaps one on one conversations with yours truely?
Either way I am excited about this new layer to the Loud Mouth Brown Girl world, because it brings me closer and closer to my ultimate goal.
