Comfortably Uncomfortable Conversations: November 7th 2020, Mental Health and Women

One of the reasons that I genuinely love doing podcast work is that, I get to have conversations with people from around North America and the world that I wouldn’t get to have otherwise.

I actually bought and paid for a monthly Zoom account so that I could have these conversations and I will honestly say that this was one of the best decisions I made this year because it allows me the space to connect with people.

If I hadn’t started the podcast, I think that life would be a lot harder for me, because being that I am already so isolated, the pandemic has only made my isolation more apparent.

Having friends that I can talk to from around the world about what I am going through or what I am learning is really helpful in reminding me that I am growing.

This week I spoke with three of my friends about mental health and how Cannabis has helped pull them out of the darkness and into the light. You can check out the podcast here.

Sending all my love,
